Philip Bardowell has brought his experienced and powerful voice to Glorious God for Sonbranch Music's forthcoming album. Glorious God, based on Psalm 145, is a big and uplifting praise song exalting God's attributes. 

Philip is a talented singer and worship leader with a lifetime of significant musical experiences. As a teen, he formed his first band, Destiny Forever, with brother Habib (now David) and Full House actor John Stamos. Destiny Forever has recently re-formed and released the hit Rearview Mirror. In his 20’s, Philip toured with surf duo Jan and Dean as their bassist and backup vocalist. He toured as lead guitarist and vocalist in Mike Love’s Endless Summer Beach Band, and later assumed Carl Wilson’s role in the Beach Boys as lead guitarist and vocalist.

After committing his life to Christ, Philip has served as a worship leader and musician for Saddleback Church and other churches. He fronted Christian rock band MAGDALEN, and has been heard on countless Christian albums for Maranatha Records, Promise Keepers and Frontline Records. After spending many years on the road, he is now on the road with Christ, desiring to lead others into God’s presence through inspiring worship music. 

Philip's brother David has contributed a beautiful piano arrangement to Glorious God.
